MEET THE MECO TEAM

Our strength is our workforce of qualified tradesmen, with the support of an experienced project management team. Over the years we have enjoyed a high retention of staff, as we maintain an open-door policy and an environment which encourages employees to show innovation and reach for their potential.

Our staff numbers vary from around 50 to 100 - depending on what projects we are catering for.

At Meco there’s no demarcation between trades, as all staff collaborate to get the job done.
All members of our management team have served hands-on trades’ time, giving them an intricate understanding of the engineering business.
