Our hydraulic lifting arms’ capabilities are from 500kgs to 7.5 tonnes and we have close associations with specialised companies to cater for specific one-off projects and other transporting needs. Our hiab truck and trailer unit, as well as other construction equipment including telehandler, low-loader transporter, and scissor lifts are all available for hire on an individual basis. Cooling Tower Construction & Maintenance Meco has carried out several major Cooling Tower projects within New Zealand, working with international companies. We now have the expertise and on-site capabilities including project management, labour force, equipment and machinery to offer an expert and comprehensive service for further construction and maintenance. Industrial Doors Our committed team with the appropriate vehicles provides the service to facilitate the installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial doors. For commercial buildings we are able to supply front doors, security grills, bi-folding doors and fire doors made to customer specifications. For industrial buildings we can provide heavy section bi-folds, vertical sliding, heavy track sliding and roller doors. We have long-established working relationships with all New Zealand door suppliers so we can source any of the replacement parts you may need. We also offer preventative maintenance servicing contracts on all types of doors. Disability Projects Working with ACC, Enable NZ and local hospital authorities, we provide disability resources including vehicle modifications, and home access facilities (such as ramps, railings and house and vehicle wheelchair lifts.) Architectural Engineering We work directly with architectural design companies to assist with design and fabrication to achieve our client’s vision. We step outside of the simple field of common design to creative design - working in almost any medium such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, stones, plastic and timber. Security Gates and Fencing We offer a total package for industrial sliding and canter-levered gates and fencing for commercial, industrial, sporting clubs, school sites and swimming pools.
