HEAVY STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Meco Engineering offers services in any or all of the three separate phases of structural steel building construction from workshop, site, to project management.

New Zealand wide, we’ll work to the requirements of a single operator builder to a multi-national organisation, whether that’s a single support beam for a home roof or 50 tonnes of steel for a fifth floor. All our work is quality engineered to New Zealand Standard 1554.

We aim to provide a one-stop engineering shop and can assist you from the concept stage, through to fabrication and construction. With our close working relationships with other industry service providers, we are also able to refer you to reputable architects, registered engineers and test inspection authorities.

Our company prides itself on providing a full analysis of the work involved from supply, fabrication, surface coating systems, through to erection. This includes advice on the most cost effective ways to control your budget and assistance in further developments of your projects.

We can provide a comprehensive range of lifting equipment which will cover the small to large and heavy jobs. We have beam lifting systems, a 25 tonne mobile all-terrain crane and a selection of hydraulic lifting vehicles with capacity of 500kgs to 7 tonnes.

We also offer transportation from our workshop, to other suppliers such as specialist coating companies, and then onto your site.
